In this major unit renovation, we were faced with an interesting challenge – the conventional ceiling plasterboard was being removed. The existing concrete slab that separates this unit, from the one above would become the ceiling. This meant exposed services on the ceiling and a need for us to get creative and figure out ways to hide the electrical cabling.
